"Albacore", is a Hout Bay 30, being built in Pasadena, California. It seems that she has 3 builders of equal standing. They are the owner Dan Knapp, a white fluffy dog named "Bingo" and his evil alter-ego named "Ognib", who controls the building schedule.

"Melkita", the very pretty radius chine Hout Bay 33, built by Mel and Kitty Braun in Knysna, South Africa. Mel was a first time boatbuilder and produced a yacht of which he is justifiably very proud.

Francisco Rego is building an Hout Bay 33 in Santo Tirso, Portugal. Fransisco says "I am very happy with my work in the project, your system for
making round boats is very good and easy". Follow his project.
