ACCOMODATIONS + LAYOUT
Sleeps six in three staterooms. Aft are two identical cabins both with queen berths, ensuite heads, basins + showers. Forward is owner’s stateroom with queen berth, settee, dressers, and ensuite head, basin + stall shower. Large salon has two tables and three sofas. Raised galley on port side, raised Nav station on starboard. Bright + airy interior is very comfortable. Teak + holly sole, beech + teak wood trim. 6’6’ headroom.
GALLEY
Force 10 propane stove with oven, microwave oven, 220 volt freezer, 12 volt refrigerator, water heater, pressure fresh water system, double sink, Corian counter top, 110 V washing machine.
DECK + HULL
Bow pulpit + 316 stainless hard rails full length both starboard + port sides, 75 lb. CQR anchor with 275 ft ˝ in. chain, 50 lb. Anchor with 80 ft. 3/8 in. chain + 100’ nylon rode, navigation lights, spreader lights, manual searchlight on aft archway, transom has steps, swim platform + shower, forward cockpit with optional dining table is enclosed by hard dodger. Windows open for ventilation and close for wet weather. Aft cockpit is working cockpit with helm station with six winches. Lazarette holds dive compressor + gear along with generator.

New (2009) Lee mainsail + 130% genoa , profurl roller furling on genoa + 100% staysail, 2.2 oz full radial spinnaker with single line reefing system, manual boom vang, spinnaker pole, stainless wire standing rigging, manual + hydraulic backstay adjuster, mainsheet traveller, aluminium keel stepped spar, Bellamy three spreader rig.
