How do I place an order?

Click on the "Buy" link for the chosen item on the pricelist. You will be connected to a secure website where you will select country, shipping method and payment method, then enter your delivery and payment details before submitting the order.

How secure are my credit card details?

When you place an on-line credit card order via our shopping cart, your card details will be collected by secure connection and stored on a secure server. From there, we collect the details of the order by secure connection directly into our computers. We also accept credit card orders by fax or telephone if your prefer those methods, or you can pay by PayPal or cheque on a USA bank.

All credit card payments are processed by Dudley or Dehlia Dix personally, from collection from the secure server right through to processing with the merchant bank.

At no time are your card details sent over open email, which is when they are at risk of being hijacked.

We will not pass on your card details to any other party for any purposes.
