Hout Bay 50 excursion version
This is "Spirit of Victoria", a very successful excursion vessel which plies Table Bay. She carries 40 passengers with ease in almost any weather conditions. Her home waters are the notorious Cape of Storms so feared by seafarers of old and which still trouble world cruisers today. Her cut-off wind speed is a scary 50 knots. Ask her skipper to take you sailing in anything less and he will oblige, when all other excursion yachts are snug on moorings. |
