| If you are needing to sell your Dix designed boat and would like it listed in brokerage, please send the relevant info by email or snailmail and we will do our best to include it, subject to the following conditions.
1) Seller to provide to us all info relative to the sale of the boat as well as good quality photos of the exterior and interior. Some of this info may be placed on the site and the rest will be kept on file for supply to potential buyers.
2) We will pass on the potential buyer's contact details to the seller for follow-up.
3) We will act only to supply initial information to potential buyers and then bring the seller and potential buyer in contact with each other. Thereafter the process of providing additional info, showing the boat, sea trials, survey, closing the sale etc is in the hands of the seller.
4) We cannot vouch in any way for the credentials of the potential buyer so it is up to the seller to ensure receipt of full payment for the boat before handing it over.
5) A brokerage fee of 2% of the selling price shall be paid by the seller to us on successful conclusion of a sale initiated by us.
6) The 2% brokerage fee is independent of any sole-rights brokerage agreement that the seller may have with another broker. If the boat is sold to a buyer who we introduced then our brokerage fee shall be paid to us.
7) The seller shall advise us when the boat is sold and supply to us the name and address of the buyer, whether it is sold through initiation by us or others.
8) No guarantees are offered by this service.
