During COVID we offered our designs as PDF files for printing on local printers because of international shipping difficulties. We have continued to offer that option or we can print on our 36" inkjet printers and ship to you. Some builders are content to build from their computer screens or even smart phones.
Shipping costs, both in USA and international, have increaased considerably in recent years and continue upward. We are forced to increase our shipping charges to cover our costs.
When ordering, you must select your shipping method (email, mail or courier) by first selecting your country then clicking on the "Add Shipping" button. No shipping cost will be added for the email option.
We generally print and despatch within 2-3 working days, depending on pressure of orders. Email orders are normally sent within 2 hours of us receiving the order and payment.
Delivery in North America is by standard mail with delivery normally within 7-10 days of shipping. Delivery elsewhere is airmail, delivery time depending on your location, normally within 7-10 days to Western Europe and 14-21 days elsewhere.
All prices exclude packaging and shipping. Shipping will be added as follows (except items for email delivery):-
Standard delivery within USA - $20.00 for each item up to $100 and $40 for each item of more than $100. Patterns and plans that include patterns will have a higher shipping charge due to increased weight and being shipped in carboard tubes, with increased costs.
Standard delivery elsewhere - US$50 for each item up to US$100 and $100 for each item of more than $100. Patterns and plans that include patterns will have a higher shipping charge due to increased weight and being shipped in carboard tubes, with increased costs. If you want Express delivery then these prices will increase by 100% to $100 and $200 respectively but delivery will be faster and more certain.
Courier Service - Mail services can be erratic and very occasionally parcels don't arrive. We have experienced 6-8 week delivery, even to Europe. We have no control over parcels once mailed. If you select standard delivery and your parcel has not arrived 2 months after mailing, we will replace it subject to a service charge of 20% of the value of the order and delivery of the replacement by courier service, at charges as set out below.
Charges for courier delivery are as shown below. You should have your order within 5-10 working days of despatch.
Note that designs that include any large patterns (Paper Jet 14, DS15, Lynnhaven 16, Cape Cutter 19, Cape Henry 21, Didi Mini Mk2 & Mk3, Didi Cruise-Mini & Mk3, Cape Canso 23, Didi 23, Cape May 25, Didi 26, Didi 27 Retro, Didi 28, Didi 29 Retro, Didi 950, Cape Charles 32, Cape Deseada 36 & Eland 36) are charged at the rates shown below with patterns.
