Bulkheads and backbone components cut, assembled and sanded.

Building stocks fastened down to concrete slab.

Setting up bulkheads on stocks.

Bulkhead setup complete.

Forward section of backbone fitted and stem doublers added to both sides forward of first bulkhead.
|
|
|
Aft section of backbone fitted. The aftmost bulkhead is the transom doubler and the transom is lying below it, ready for fitting to the doubler.
The builder has chosen to fit the transom to the doubler later in the project. My choice would be to bond the transom and doubler together on the workshop floor and set them up as a single unit.
